TEREZIN - "KADDISH for DĄBROWA BIAŁOSTOCKA"
Yesterday, ie on July 26, 2021, we had a rare and very pleasant visit to
Terezín.
The author of the
exhibition, which can be seen in the Ghetto Museum until the end of August, the well-known American
artist, writer and physician Mark Podwal visited us. Due to the coronavirus pandemic, the exhibition
was moved from last year's original term to this year's, and he was unable to attend the opening in
person in May. It was all the more heartfelt that during his visit he was able to meet again in
person with his friends of the Polish Dabrowa Bialostocka - the birthplace of his mother, led by
Mrs. Dorota Budzinska. After this Polish town, Podwal's exhibition is also called - Kaddish for
Dabrowa Bialostocka.
